Welcome to Gaztronomy

At Gaztronomy, we are committed to sharing the true taste of Italian excellence, one cup of Cartapani Coffee at a time. Gaztronomy is a direct connection to the rich Italian coffee tradion, brought to you by brothers C. and F. Gazzina.

Our journey began back in 2019 on Amazon, driven by the desire to share the exceptional quality of Cartapani coffee beans with coffee lovers. Since then we have sold thousands of bags of coffee beans on Amazon. Now we also give you the opportunity to buy directly from our website and also on Walmart

Our philosophy is simple : quality over quality. Instead of selling multiple brands and blends we decided to focus on the one brand we know very well.

What sets us apart is in fact our connection to the Cartapani family. We don't just sell their coffee, but we know them personally. Regular visits to their roastery allow us to witness firsthand their dedication to their craft and ensure every bean we offer meets the highest standards of quality.

Our Heritage

A Legacy of Coffee Excellence

The history of Caffè Cartapani excellence begins in 1951 when brothers Domenico and Mario Cartapani launched their business in the city of Brescia, located in northern Italy.

Like many of the Italian excellencies that contributed to make the Made in Italy worldwide famous and associated to high quality, Caffè Cartapani focus has always been on delivering best in class roasted coffee beans.

Very tight bonds with green bean suppliers from plantations in Asia , Central and South America guarantee continuity of taste and aroma from bag to bag, year after year.

Cartapani coffee beans are roasted to perfection with state of the art Italian equipment.
Because each origin has it's own unique characteristics and requires a specific roasting curve,  each origin is roasted independently.

To achieve the perfect level of roasting, Cartapani roasts all the origins slowly so that the heat can gradually and uniformly reach the core of the beans.

It is no coincidence that Caffè Cartapani beans are used in numerous coffee shops in Italy, some of them being very prestigious and renowned.
